Program Overview:
We are looking for talents to brew the next generation tea experience with us at our new Feng Cha Store in Prosper, TX. Our Leadership Program is the talent pipeline for leaders across our store operations. This comprehensive program will teach you all you need to know to lead one of our stores. This includes managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and keeping an eye on inventory and supplies. You will not only learn how to inspire and lead a talented group of baristas, but you will also learn how all components of our company come together to create a comfy teahouse experience to our customers.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible for promotions to Operation Leader and further develop your career into corporate roles.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or above.
High school diploma or higher education preferred.
Availability to work 40 hours a week with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must obtain Food handler certification within 30 days of hire.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
A passion for and knowledge of tea-based beverages is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Knowledge of and adherence to health and safety regulations.
