Points do not expire. However, once points are redeemed for a reward, the reward is valid for 30 days before it expires.

Once you redeem your points for a reward, it is automatically saved in your account. You can apply the reward at checkout when placing an order online, through the mobile app, at our in-store kiosk, or during checkout at the store. If you're redeeming in-store, simply provide your loyalty phone number or email to a team member, and they will look up your account to apply the reward for you. Redeeming your reward for an online order is simple: Add your desired items to your basket/cart. Go to the checkout page, where you'll see an option to apply a reward (as shown in the screenshot below). Select the reward you’d like to use and apply it to your transaction. Your discount will be reflected in the final total. Enjoy your rewards!
